Canceling an Order

Shipping Fees
In the event of a verified defect or damage claim, applicable shipping costs—including priority fees—may be eligible for a refund. Priority orders are typically fulfilled within 1-2 business days. Please note that once a package is with the mail carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control.
Sale Items
Refunds are applicable exclusively to regular-priced items. Items purchased on sale or during promotional events are not eligible for refunds.
