SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Rates & Offers
- Free Ground Shipping: Available on all orders over $60.
- Flat Rate Shipping: A flat fee of $4.99 applies to all other ground orders.
- Domestic Shipping: We currently accept orders within the United States and Puerto Rico only.
Order Processing
We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Our typical processing schedule is as follows:
- Same-Day Dispatch: Orders submitted before 8:00 AM PST typically ship the same day.
- Next-Day Dispatch: Orders placed after 8:00 AM PST typically ship the following business day.
- Weekend Orders: Orders placed between Friday (after 8:00 AM) and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
- Peak Periods: During holidays or major sales events, please allow for slight processing delays.
Note: Processing estimates do not include the actual duration of transit, which is determined by the carrier.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We utilize USPS as our primary carrier.
- Carrier Schedule: Packages are processed and moved through the USPS network during their standard business days (Monday – Saturday).
- Fulfillment Days: Our internal fulfillment team operates Monday through Friday.
Delivery Times & Tracking
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
- Standard Delivery: Typically 2 to 8 business days from the date of processing.
- Priority Mail: Typically 2 to 4 days after shipping.
- Tracking Updates: Due to high carrier volumes, tracking information may not update for several days. Updates usually occur once the package reaches a local sorting facility or your local post office.
Carrier Limitations
While we expect prompt service, occasional errors or delays caused by the carrier are outside of our control. Any issues resulting from carrier delays should be addressed directly with USPS:

- Initiating a Claim: Please have your tracking number ready before calling.
Shipping Restrictions
Every consumer is obligated to adhere to their specific state and local regulations regarding plant-derived products.
- Prohibited States: We do not currently ship to the following states: AK, CA, CO, CT, DE, HI, ID, IL, KY, MA, MT, OR, UT, VA.
- International: We do not ship internationally at this time.
- Regional Availability: If you receive a "No shipping rates available" message at checkout, we are currently unable to deliver to your location.
Back Orders
In the rare event that a specific product profile becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you to discuss a suitable replacement. If a replacement is not preferred, we will remove the item from your order and issue a refund to your original payment method.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with incorrect selections, please document the issue immediately:
- Take a photograph of the affected products.
- Email the photo and a brief description to [email protected].Our team will assist you in resolving the matter promptly.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as "Delivered" or has entered the carrier's processing facility, the responsibility shifts to the carrier. KANHA is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen orders once they are in the possession of USPS or UPS. For assistance with a missing package, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us at [email protected] for guidance.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided during checkout. Once an order is placed, we cannot modify the destination address.
